We don't even have ketchup but luckily, there were three little packets from BK :p
mf's mee goreng
(serves 2-3)
Ingredients:
3 rolls of dry egg noodles
2 hotdogs :p
A handful of shrimps
4-6 big wonbok leaves - cut into strips
1 small onion - sliced
3 eggs - beaten
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
4-6 tbsp ketchup
4-6 tbsp chilli sauce
I was so proud of having my ingredients ready and neat like in cooking shows :p

Directions:
1) Boil a pot of water and put in the noodles and hotdogs. I always like to boil hotdogs to make sure they're cooked through. Set the cooked noodles aside and slice the hotdogs.
2) Heat some oil and brown the garlic and onions before browning the hotdog slices.
3) Add the prawns and wonbok.
4) Push everything to a side, oil the pan and add the eggs. Scramble and allow to set. When it's almost set, stir everything together.
5) Add the noodles followed by the sauce. Pour some water into the sauce bowl to clean off the sauce in the bowl. The amount of water used depends on how wet you like your mee goreng to be.
6) Stir quickly to mix the sauce into the noodles. Let the water dry up and serve hot.
